Tahini Dressing

Simple, flavorful, and versatile are how we describe this dressing. Keep a batch in your refrigerator and use it on salads or drizzle on roasted vegetables.

Tahini Dressing

    • 1/4 cup tahini
    • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
    • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
    • 1/4 tsp sea salt
    • 1/4 tsp garlic powder


    1. In a small bowl, whisk together the tahini, coconut aminos, and lemon juice.
    2. Add the salt and garlic powder and mix well.
    3. Adjust seasoning to taste.
    4. If you would like a thinner dressing, add a tablespoon of water.
