We were so happy to find this Whole30 and Paleo friendly version of Swedish meatballs.
We’ve served them as both an appetizer and entree. A nice thing about this dish is that it can be made in advance (refrigerate the meatballs and sauce separately) and then reheated when ready to serve. A definite make-ahead option for your next gathering.
They also make a great addition to any buffet table!
