Blistered Shishito Peppers

Ingredients
- 1 lb shishito peppers
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation

- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Rinse peppers and pat dry.
- In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Pour 2 tbsp olive oil on a baking sheet.
- Place the peppers in the baking sheet and toss to coat with oil.
- Sprinkle on the seasoning mix and toss to coat peppers.
- Roast for 10 minutes or until the peppers begin to blister.
- Remove from oven and serve.
