Salads are one of our go-to meals any time of the day. Yes, on Whole30 we even made breakfast salads. With almost endless combinations of ingredients, salads are a great way to use up leftovers, feed a crowd and best of all, a lot of the prepping can be done in advance.
This autumn cobb salad is a nice variation on the traditional cobb salad. Crisp apples, butternut squash, chicken, avocados, bacon and hard boiled eggs come together to make a great salad that celebrates the season!
