Banana Nut Oat Bowl

So simple that we’re not sure we really can call this a recipe. This raw oat bowl is a terrific option for breakfast. The best part is that you can vary it up with whatever healthy ingredients you like.

Banana Nut Oat Bowl

    • 1/3 c old fashioned rolled oats
    • 1/8 c chopped walnuts
    • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
    • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
    • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
    • 1 tbsp chia seeds
    • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
    • 1/2 c almond milk
    • 1/2 banana, sliced
    • Additional coconut for topping


    1. Add the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix with a spoon to combine.
    2. Add the almond milk and stir again so that the dry ingredients mix well with the almond milk.
    3. Let stand for 10 minutes.
    4. Top with sliced banana and coconut flakes.
