Ingredients
- 1 egg, hard boiled
- 1/2 banana
- 1 kiwi
- 1/2 c blueberries
- Shredded coconut
- Almonds
- 1/2 avocado
- Cherry tomatos

- Place an egg in a pan and fill the pan with cold water, enough to cover the egg.
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Remove from heat and cover.
- Let stand for 7-8 minutes, depending on preference.

There is no real recipe for this breakfast. It’s just a matter of plating the ingredients and seasoning the avocado and eggs with a little salt and pepper.
Feel free to mix it up with whatever fruit and veggies you have around.
