Breakfast Power Plate

    Ingredients

    • 1 egg, hard boiled
    • 1/2 banana
    • 1 kiwi
    • 1/2 c blueberries
    • Shredded coconut
    • Almonds
    • 1/2 avocado
    • Cherry tomatos

    Preparation

    Hard Boiled Egg

    1. Place an egg in a pan and fill the pan with cold water, enough to cover the egg.
    2. Bring the water to a boil.
    3. Remove from heat and cover.
    4. Let stand for 7-8 minutes, depending on preference.

    There is no real recipe for this breakfast. It’s just a matter of plating the ingredients and seasoning the avocado and eggs with a little salt and pepper.

    Feel free to mix it up with whatever fruit and veggies you have around.
