If you don’t have an Instant Pot, you can make this in a dutch oven on the stove top. Once everything is sautéed, continue with the recipe and cook for about 10 minutes on medium heat until the liquid is absorbed. It take a little bit more hands-on effort than the Instant Pot version but definitely worth making!
