Grain Free Ginger Cookies

The scent of ginger filling the kitchen is always comforting, especially on a fall or winter day. These grain-free cookies are very easy to put together and can be enjoyed in about 20 minutes. 

Take note of the the two options: ground almonds or almond flour. If you prefer a crunchier cookie, use ground almonds instead of almond flour.
