- 1 can full-fat coconut milk (13.5 oz)
- 1 cup almond milk
- 6 Medjool dates
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Place everything in a blender and puree until smooth
- Strain the mixture into a container with a lid. Straining removes any remaining pieces of dates that weren’t completely pulverized.
- Refrigerate and enjoy with you next cup of coffee.
