Paleo Apple Blondies

The great “brownie vs. blondie” debate is always a fun and interesting discussion we have with friends and family. Most seem to definitely be in one camp or the other. What we love about these Paleo Apple Blondies is that they seem to fall into a category of their own.  

We liked using an apple that had a bit of tartness, such as granny smith, to offset the maple syrup. These are delicious and make a great fall holiday treat.
