Paleo Coconut Shrimp with Sriracha Mayo Dipping Sauce

We’re always looking for something new to recommend as a Paleo or Whole30 appetizer for a  party. If you’re a shrimp lover, give this recipe a try. For Whole30, swap out the sriracha with a Whole30 hot sauce. Always check your condiment labels for non-compliant ingredients.

The shrimp take about 30 to make. They are crunchy and slightly sweet from the coconut – combine that with the tang of the sriracha mayo sauce and you have a sure crowd pleaser!
