Pumpkin Protein Pancakes

These easy pumpkin pancakes make for a terrific fall breakfast. They’re made with pumpkin puree and collagen powder. Collagen is said to be a beneficial health supplement for many things, including skin, nails, and hair. 

Dietary note: the chocolate chips are optional so if including them, select a product that meets your dietary preferences.
