Ingredients
- 1 lb baby bok choy
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp himalayan pink salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder

- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Toss bok choy with olive oil to lightly coat.
- Combine seasonings in a small bowl to combine.
- Sprinkle with seasoning mix.
- Arrange bok choy, cut side down, on lightly oiled sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes.
