Roasted Baby Bok Choy

This simple recipe is a great way to add some variety to your list of veggie side dishes. The slightly charred leaves add a crispy texture we just love.

    • 1 lb baby bok choy
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1/2 tsp himalayan pink salt
    • 1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
    • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
    • 1/4 tsp onion powder


    1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
    2. Toss bok choy with olive oil to lightly coat.
    3. Combine seasonings in a small bowl to combine.
    4. Sprinkle with seasoning mix.
    5. Arrange bok choy, cut side down, on lightly oiled sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes.
