Smoky Hummus

Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 oz each) chickpeas, drained
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp tabasco
- 4 tablespoons tahini
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Preparation

- Rinse chickpeas.
- Add all ingredients, except olive oil, to a food processor.
- Pulse until well blended.
- With motor running, drizzle olive oil into the processor chute and blend until smooth.
- Spoon into a bowl.
- Garnish by drizzling a little olive oil on top and sprinkling with smoked paprika.
