This is a really fun twist on ratatoullie. We love using our spiralizer to make so many different dishes and this is a great addition to our list.
The recipe is rich in flavor and easy to make. Ratatouille is great hot as is, used as a sauce on pasta, or spread on some bread for a nice variation on bruschetta.
