Vegan Cashew Sour Cream

In trying to limit our dairy, we often say “hold the sour cream.” That doesn’t mean we don’t miss it.

In many cases, the  tangy fresh zip of flavor sour cream adds a lot to finish a dish. Not to mention that old school onion dip recipe we know and love. 

This recipe has a nice tangy taste and let’s you put the sour cream back in your Mexican meals or dollop in soup.
